The Geek Squad team that supported our Ring installs were extremely knowledgeable about the Ring App as well as camera and solar panel placements. They worked together very well as a team and were very patient and open to our inputs. Very friendly and they took their time. Just had 8 night-owl cameras installed on my house to replace 3-4 older cameras that no longer worked well. I dont think this system could have been installed if it wasnt for Tech Dane, he was with a 3rd-Party. He was absolutely amazing, Professional And extremely knowledgeable with the different kinds of cameras. The night-owl cameras only came with 60ft cables and Dane had extra 100ft cables on hand, as well as everything else we needed. It was well worth paying a bit extra for the additional parts. He did a great job and showed us how to connect our phones. We get everything from Best Buy! Geek squad rocks!
