The agent did a great job mounting our Ring Cameras and solar panel.

Easy to install. I like the easy app to check security where ever I am.

This was a horrible service. The company told me 3 times when they were coming out and never showed or called. It was impossible to contact them as they do not answer the phone or call back. The final straw was when the tech just showed up with no previous calls. He wanted me to pay him directly and cancel the contract with best buy.

Doesnt receive wifi very well but decent. Once in a while a camera goes offline. Its partly where my router is but my phone picks up 2 to 3 bars when next to the camera.

This time Best buy Messed up the whole service, made me purchase the wrong cameras, ( no return or refund because they got the cameras from a third party!!!) delayed in-home service ..poor at-home service, no communications between the departments,

The agent installed the cameras but was unable to connect to my power source because the cords were too short. I ordered longer cords and requested a redo to connect the cameras but Best Buy refused. The cameras with cords were purchased from BB. I did not know they were too short. I feel ripped off.

To instal security cameras on my business since January 23nd still not done and this is the worse experience.Not because of Squad team but because of bestbuy

Agent/tech came to sync and get security cameras operating correctly.I purchased Arlo security cameras--not the 1st set I have had.They're wireless,and the instructions from Arlo didn't work.I contacted the Geek Squad hoping they could get things up and running.
