Brandon Duval what is the agent who installed our camera and got it functioning. He also had to add modes to our Wi-Fi system and successfully installed those in our home to give us more power. He was excellent at what he did! We were so impressed with his knowledge and ability to fix the system when we needed help. Those Tech Guys did a very good job of installing a spotlight camera and solar charging panel. Peter was also very helpful with the set up procedure on our Ring app.

On time as quoted, call 'on his way'; advice of how to install and explained details of the camera units I bought from BEST BUY. You don't have to buy from them to get install, they're great like that.

The geek squad installed my cameras and set them up very efficiently. I would never have been able to do it myself! They did show up 4 hours before scheduled time with 10 minute warning. Fortunately I was home.
