They did a very good job at explaining everything and setting everything up.

Mitchell, the agent, worked around my schedule to accommodate my needs. He came and installed the equipment, ran the setup on my phone and explained everything to me. He did a phenomenal job and I would have him back for any worked I need done.

The head technician and his assistant were punctual professional and KIND. THEIR PATIENCE and ability to understand my needs by empathetic listening was priceless! Best team I have had out here yet!!

The final tech to come out (3rd one named Eddy) to fix the problem. Eddy was the most knowledgeable out of all that had been there. Finally, things were fixed. If you need something done at the Henderson Nevada location ask for Eddy to do it or you will have multiple trips/appts to get it fixed.

Install was quite, perfect & the installers were kind.

The guy that installed my cameras was very kind and polite, he got the cameras up in no time and gave us a quick run through on how to set them up on our phones. He had to come back about 2 months later to install the solar panels and he was very apologetic for the time frame, and got them all put up in not time at all.
