I’ve had geek squad for awhile now. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had! I love love you guys but this time was not good. No one told me that you contract this work out. You sent a newbee to my house. My sales rep told me they would come and show me everything. This was the guys 4th install. It was horrible!

The Geek Squad did a great job installing cameras and ensuring everything was working before leaving.

There was a quick response they were efficient knowledgeable and very friendly

We have four cameras. The installation was easy and fast. The cameras work great. We used the solar panels for south, east, and west locations and plug in and battery for north. Every thing works great and we have peace of mind.

The agent not only helped by installing the security system, but also helped me understand the details of using the system. I am not a savey electronics user, so it was nice to hear a language I could understand

It was easy to schedule an appointment with the Geek Squad. You get notifications when they are close and when they arrive. The two Geeks that came and installed my Orlo cameras were very professional and helpful.

I mounted my tv and it was playing very good and then I had a little accident and I wish I had let the agents help me because they would have done a better job.

The TV was mounted perfectly in the center. And everything was explaining to me in full detail.

Squad was on time, installed system and had it up and running inn short order. Clean install did not leave a mess as some companies do. Nice guys.

After 2 camera's having a problem on 1st install, they were finally..changed. I no longer have a clitch with the new ones.

The geek squad member did an excellent job. I was worried that if not done properly the cameras could appear bulky or tacky. He did a great job on placement and it looks very neat.
