Nest Camera's

I was led to believe that I could use inside cameras to monitor the outside. The view is OK during the day but not good in the dark. There is a reflective glare in the window that overpowers the camera. Not good. I am not getting the result I wanted. So far I think this was money wasted, I hope i'm wrong.

Some difficulty with install of monitor

I got it to sync. Quality wasn't as I hoped. Spoke to manager & device uninstalled. These techs who unintalled, were knowledgeable.

Super sloth slow

As a total tech member I was suppose to be covered , but the third party company charged me extra for them having to get a taller ladder out. They had a 6 ft ladder and don’t go on the last two steps for safety. After dealing with that it took from about 10:00 am -5:30 pm to install only 4 cameras instead of the 8 needed. Best Buy needs to be better about who they use and whether they have the skills and staff needed to perform the jobs so not to waste customers time.
