    The installation never happened, the scheduled time was delayed and then they never showed up. I never heard a word from them for 8 days and then just a text to reschedule. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My husband had to miss dialysis due to them not arriving on time, and I missed a day of work for NOTHING.

    Horrible horrible customer service! They are knowledgeable as far as technology and the install. Once installer left my house he would not answer nor return my calls.

    Best Buy installed these cameras. I have a 100MB network at my home, and the front camera keeps giving me low connection. I install a ring chime pro with no success. the cameras they installed on the side of the house don't capture night images. someone could jump the fence without the cameras motion picking them up. I opened the gate and walked up to about 15 feet before I got a notification from the camera. I am very disappointed.
