    Best Buy is a nightmare to deal with. I have spent hours and hours on the phone making complaints trying to remedy the situation and Best Buy has not yet remedy the situation I spent months waiting for my product.

    Since the install of a securiry camera has been scheduled four times and no one has ever showed up or called. I am a Total Tech customer and I am very disappointed to say the least. I have had a smart security flood light installed and a security camera in the past and have been satisfied with the service. I need to speak to a supervisor. Please note the service has already been paid for.

    Install did not occur. There was an issue with the services available and the way that the person who entered the order did so. We now have cameras that need to be installed, which we will pursue on our own. We were also expecting a refund for services not provided and have not seen this reflected on our card statement. I don't expect that I will even try to use Geek services again.

    The installation team no-call no-showed me twice, installed the doorbell wrong so that it started going haywire in the middle of the night, and wouldn’t come back to fix it. I ripped everything out and took it back to the store. Absolutely horrible customer service. Never allowed to talk to the local store and every hold time is at least 40 minutes. I can’t believe anyone still shops there.

    first, the geek squad called and said the GPS left him at street # 17414, my home was 17505. Just keep driving I said and he asked, north or south? I knew then that the install would not go well. When I helped the installer determine that another part was needed which he didn't have, I just sent the whole thing back! very disappointed.

    Worst disgusting service store and online system specially for geek squad service terrible after you purchased item then you have to go back and forward hole store every time you go to the store or calling online to set up the appointment no more quality job at all.

    We were charged for this service $49.99 and I the install was canceled buy me and I am still unable to get our money refunded. Someone said the install was completed March 2020 I have my video cameras From the previous install and I can prove no one was at my house to do another install. I’m to the point now where I am going to have to contact a military attorney to get our money refunded.

    I had to go around and remount every one of them because he had no power equipment so he used a screw driver to do the work. I even asked you don’t have any tools with you and he said no I do it by hand. I knew it wasn’t going to be good and it wasn’t obviously.

    Things went alright but i just wish the camera could have been placed higher up on the house because someone was able to knock it off with a brick

    Camera install was faulty. Called to have it redone. It’s got even more issues. Will need to have it redone again.

    was told they could put the system in paid for the camea 's and the geek squad program to have them put in they came three time could not do the job they said they were hard wired did not sell the wireless ones did get my money back on the camera's but not back on the geek squad program lost 200 dollars

    4 home service calls and 8 phone calls later still nor working. Now using 3rd party installer by best buy not geek squad. Elevated to install mgr, they did not return calls, insisted somebody call, store mgr fullerton call, he did, now will await return 5th svc call for remove/install of new units. Original units were I feel defective.

    I have had issues with Best Buy, with the products I wanted and what they sold me. I am currently on call number 6 or 7 trying to get the " geek" to call me back. My next call will be to the manager of the store, and then corporate if that doesn't work.

    I ordered Geek Squad service for the first time. But Technician was not helpful and lack of detail knowledge. I paid $95.00 for setting one camera but as per rule i could have set 2. I asked him to fix m,y doorbell instead of 2nd camera but he flatly refused to do it. It is too much for 1 camera thus i complain to customer service to review the rate but they never called me back as making a small hole and insterting wire i could have done by myself.

    The gentleman that came to install my solar panel (he goes by Wayne but his friends know him as Bill, so he says) is not cut out for climbing more than two steps up. He's the same fellow that installed my others, leaving all the wires hanging very low. I wasn't happy the last time or this time either. I won't be renewing my membership.

    I have requested the service, paid for it and waited for it, However the service of return has Still has Not yet been completed, despite paperwork stating to the contrary, as mine wasn’t returned and the new not installed, so was this someone’s intent? As I still need this completed.

    Terrible…Terrible.. installer didn’t know how to install product. Called 2 times to get product installed and was told no one at Best Buy could install product that they sold me. Canceling Total Tech Policy.. won’t be shopping at Best Buy again!

    Worst ever experience Installer came to install 2 of the 3 camera worked Installer said it’s a brand Nobody gets He talk me into getting diff ones He refuse to remove them Said I had to buy different ones and when they come to install the new ones they’ll remove the old I had to hire a handy man to remove the ones Best Buy drilled I will never go to Best Buy again because no manager did nothing for me
