Trouble with Security Cameras
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not the Squads problem but in setting up the service by talking to an agent, I was charged for the cameras but they never told the guys to bring them. I had to talk to Best buy to get a rebate on the charge. Still don’t have any idea how or when to get the security cameras installed.

Still waiting on the manager to call me. It's been at least a month and ive heard nothing.

Stay away from Geek Squad install - Unprofessional
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I placed an order Nov 26th 2021 - Delivery and Install was setup for Dec 23rd 2021. The arrival window was between 7am - 1pm. Guess what? the technician is no show. I called BestBuy and they're unable to provide an ETA except submit an escalation ticket.

Wrong guy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It wasn't an install you sent the wrong guy. But he helped us a lot. We wanted to hook up the camera to the NEW tv. But he couldn't finish.he fixed a lot of things that the first guy messed up
