Very helpful. Only drawback, Geek Squad had to make two trips since tech did not drill bits for concrete. The appointment took several hours to complete. Techs much more helpful that Best Buy rep to schedule the install appointment.

The installation was easy and quick. The install guy came in ask me a few questions of where I want the cameras. Afterwards he showed me how he would be positioning them, and showed me demos of the video quality and how the cameras should work. I recommend it for anyone who needs installations quick and one’s a very easy quick demo on how do use the cameras afterwards.

Guys were awesome. The system wasn't broken, just needed to be re-batteried, resest and tied to a new app. Nod bad at all. I did have to wait two days. At work. Because the window was 8-2pm, then before four, not showing up until afternoon the next day.

Geek Square representative was very kind and friendly. My husband has dementia, he explained and showed us what he was doing and why. Figured the best place to install for what we were wanting to see.

Your technician, Nathaniel Lewis is extremely professional, thorough, thoughtful, and knowledgeable in his field. He went over and above to install the equipment according to our needs, and was very gracious and pleasant to deal with. I received notification of my installation window. I received a phone call of the arrival time. The Tech showed up on time and was very pleasant. He explained everything he was doing and asked what coverage I wanted. Then he advised me of the best locations so I could maximize my camera views.

Two techs quickly got us up and running; they talked through the placement to be sure we were getting the best install although having the small camera over our front door didn't seem best, as we also had lights to install. Once we explained and they checked the range of view, we were all happy. THANKS, GUYS!

The Geek Squad Tech installed Ring Outdoor camera, solar power for the same, and also a web internet signal booster to power the outside camera. He then installed the Ring App on several devices, explained everything to my wife and I and made sure everything properly. We also bought Total Tech Support Which we have already used the attendant discounts. We are very pleased.

The guys were GREAT! They installed my cameras quickly on the house and covered the areas I needed. They then installed the software on my iPad and iPhone and explained everything thoroughly after they set up each zone. It was a real pleasure working with them and I feel safe and secure with my new Blink security cameras!
