I was very happy with the Arlo camera installation. The technician who came was very friendly and professional. I was comfortable with him working in my house. He took the time to explain everything to me, and to select good locations for my cameras. He also explained the features of the cameras and app to me. I was very happy with the service.

The agent who installed my camera was very professional. He ensured to explain what he was doing and ensures the cables were properly arranged. The only thing I would correct was that he showed up late from the pre-scheduled time.

My installer was very nice, professional and definitely knew what he was doing. He worked with 3rd party for Best Buy, not a Geek Squad guy like the dingdong they sent out to set up Wifi.

Installed Arlo camera with mount and solar panels in front and back yard. Was quick and easy and helped set everything up. Left his phone number so I could call with any questions. Called the next day with a question and he answered right away and was so helpful! Highly recommend!

Even though it was necessary for the two installers Frank and Hector to return to my residence (through no fault of theirs) (defective merchandise) they displayed the same high level of enthusiasm and commitment as they did the first time they came for product installation.

The agent installed our new Ring floodlight wired surveillance camera so fast and efficiently. He had no problems with the wiring and was so easy to understand. He also helped with getting the Ring App setup on our I-phones and tablets.

The agent installed 4 roku devices and helped install an existing surround sound system. I've used the geek squad with past installs as well. They are always very knowledgeable professional!!

Everything about the RING system went well from the installation to my husband replacing the batteries in the camera. I do wish the battery did not drain so quickly. We have to recharge it every week. We purchased another one. Hopefully that will help.
