My complaint is that I have total tech. The first time they came out I didn’t have Wifi yet at my house. The did mount the cameras at that time. When I finally got Wifi I made another appointment. Again I have total protect. This time I have the remaining cameras installed and the batteries put in the already mounted cameras. I was charged two fees because I had a total of 10 cameras installed inside and outside my home. I thought this was way to expensive especially since all they had to was put batteries in most of the cameras which technically I had already paid for the first visit. To charge me a third fee for 2 cameras to be set up especially in light of the fact I have total tech and am an elite plus member. Again the installers were exceptional.

Geek squad came out and installed our wireless camera. They were very polite, respectful and very helpful. They put our camera right where we needed it. The young man was very patient about which direct we wanted it to face. He also made sure to connect to my phone. That’s slot geek squad.

The service from the two gentlemen that came out to do our installation was very acknowledgeable and their service was excellent! Thank you! The Lowes

Agents did a great job mounting the camera and were very patient with me as I checked the camera feed. They definitely went above and beyond.

Checking my desktop computer was as easy as pie this last time I took it in. At 78 years old only know the simple things to do so don't know much and have no one to teach me so I rely on Best Buy Geek Squad who also treat me with respect and correct everything I ask to be checked.

The agents mounted my camera and installed the appropriate app on my device. They did a good job and I was definitely satisfied with their work!

The service agent was very pleasant and did not rush the installation. however would never recommend purchasing this monitor system. My batteries need charging and the instructions were not clear to me, this maybe my issues but this product is not working for me. I wish my service agent was more knowledgeable on working this.

Can't say enough good things about the guys that came to do the Arlo camera and doorbell installs. Top-rated work inc setting up the Arlo app on our phones, making sure it worked and answering questions. They even came back that day after another install an hour away as we had an install issue that came up and got it fixed.

The technician came at at the right time and did a great job show me how it is on my phone and every thing was well .

Angelo and his partner notified of frequently of when they’d arrive. Came when they said they’d be here. Quickly and efficiently installed our six cameras and set up our phone for us.

This is a long overdue review. My family and I would like to show our appreciation for the Redding, Ca store and it’s Geek Squad techs, including the car installation department. This past season, we went to Best Buy for SEVERAL of our needs. From car audio/remote starts to home entertainment to home security. Even through a few returns, visits to the store and calls, they all remained professional and the most helpful I’ve ever had from a big box store. We would like to give special thanks to Aaron, Reilly, Tyler, Julian, Steve and Mark for their outstanding service and patience through our journey. Also, if you’re planning on getting more than one item, just get the geek squad people!! Save yourself the heartache that comes without them.

The first attempt at this install was unsatisfactory. But the second crew you sent was great. They not only installed it correctly, but answered my questions and helped position it for maximum coverage.

My installer was very nice, professional and definitely knew what he was doing. He worked with 3rd party for Best Buy, not a Geek Squad guy like the dingdong they sent out to set up Wifi.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job installing our exterior cameras. In addition the gentleman offered us a great recommendation to install a wire camera in a location where we already had a flood light. We were very pleased with with our experience.

We had 4 wireless cameras installed by the Geek Squad. The Geek Squad came out for a free consultation prior to me ordering the cameras. The consultant helped with the choice of wired vs wireless and camera placement. The installer did a good job and I am happy with the install so far.

I was surprised how easy and helpful this service was. The best buy technicians were so professional and knowledgeable. Ive had other companies install things before and this experience stood out.
