We had ring cameras installed around the house. 4 are working perfectly and 1 has a hard time signaling back pictures at night (blurry night pictures). At daytime it works perfectly and I still have to get a call back from them.

My first set of of cameras did not work properly. Bestbuy continued to work on the issue and resolved the problem.

I had no idea what the installation would look like let alone how to install the cameras myself. I am all thumbs with handy work. I hired the geeks and was absolutely happen with the results from the start of the job to the end. I would recommend their professionalism to my friends and quality of their work.

While I like to be hospitable, I didn't have to hover, babysit or help them do their job. It's a relief to have knowledgeable professional service providers who are also patient with me as I seek to learn how to operate what they just installed! ;)

SUPERB! These guys were beyond helpful, and when we ran into a little snag (in our case, the amazon screen we bought wasn't compatible with the eufy security cameras) they ingeniously found a way to make it work and has made smooth-sailing for all of us in our family!

The agents were on time and extremely professional. Installed my security cameras and showed us how to use everything.

Great product. The video is clear and distinct. It is highly sensitive and picks up everything. The only thing I noticed is the battery tends to wear down a bit. However, it is a great buy.

They send two different companies. Each company was to install two cameras. The installers worked it out. It took an extra day but the install was excellent.

Geek Squad is the way to go if you are not sure of how to install cameras and set them up through Wi-Fi. They do and excellent job and explain all the information needed to use the installed cameras.

The agent that installed my cameras was very professional. Really like how he did the job, didn’t take long to do it either.

The geek service technician Robert was very thorough neat and friendly he double checked my existing Arlo cameras and readjusted them as was needed.

One thing about the camera I don't like I have to charge it anytime it need charge.

My tech called stated time, actually came a bit earlier. A plus. Very nice. Quick install. Thoughtful of equipment placement since i couldn't reach. Made sure there was a way i can get to equipment without injuring myself. Plus plus.....thanks

The Geek squad was here promptly and were very knowledgeable about fixing the problems with our cameras! They had been the same Geek squad that had installed them!! If we ever need the Squad again, I would like to get the same people!
