The agent installed my cameras front and back quickly. I feel so safe now that I have the ring doorbell and cameras

Since my husband sick I had Best Buy Tech install to cameras. He did a great job and it only took them about a half hour. If my husband had been feeling good it would have took him about 2 hours it was worth the extra money. He was very professional and went over all the functions with us.

Geek squad arrived late in the day. He was very polite. Installed the security cameras and one of the cameras was making a buzzing noise. Because it was so late he was in a hurry to leave and we did not get a lot of instructions on how to use the security system. We were told that he would turn in to the company that the one camera needed to be replaced. So we made an appointment for an additional geek squad to come back out and replace it. However, when he came he did not have a replacement because it wasn't on his notes to bring one. We ask if he could adjust the directions for the cameras because we were not picking up very much movement and especially the areas that I was most concerned with. He did adjust. However we still are not getting the results needed for the cameras. We have decided these cameras are not working for us and now have an appointment for them to take them down and return them. The geek squad was very polite. However, we did not have good results with the product.

I’m on a yearly service plan with the Geek Squad and it’s the best money I’ve ever spent! My most recent purchase/install were the Arlo security cameras. The team came out and did a flawless job as usual!

I did recommend someone who came up there and get a blink, doorbell and cameras. I told him that Geek did a great job.

The agent checked all of the batteries before loading them into the cameras. He located the best placements for and installed the cameras and solar panels for optimum coverage. He doublechecked my telephone to ensure I could access the cameras and taught how to use the Ring app. He demonstrated how to load and unload the batteries should I need to recharge them. He explained that a drop in temperature could effect the cameras' operation. Also, he indicated that I was to ensure that the camera doors were closed at all times so moisture didn't get in. He also showed me how to reconnect the cameras should one go off line. He also placed the Eeros for the best coverage. The technician was very thorough, personable, and professional.

Usually I would do this myself but didn't have the time. For the price it was a no brainer because of the convenience. The tech was on time and great to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional. Got my Eero and Ring cameras working in very fast time frame.

Service and installation were stellar. He knew his stuff and was quick and efficient.

Two electrical technicians arrived and made a survey of the equipment and then where to place them. They were very informative and explained everything to me before starting the work. once all cameras were up they showed me how to operate the system. I was very pleased with the work.

The Geek Squad was very quick, efficient, and polite.

I was very impressed the way they worked, Organized, cleaned up in a timely manner. If I asked a question they were very professional and the point. Most of all the job was done well with very little problems.

The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. She positioned the cameras perfectly the first time. She provided us with many useful steps & suggestions.

Decent job of installation & network hook up. Would have been 5 star if they’d put the Solar Charging Panels where I told them to.
