Our Geek Squad personnel were the nicest ppl we have had do our install and kept up with us throughout the ordeal and afterwards to boot...

Great installation insight and also fixed on of our other solar ring batteries to get better sunlight. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable.

the tech called and gave us an estimated time of 1-3pm. He arrived at 1:45. He was very professional. He got to work and walked me through the installation process. After the installation was complete he showed me the different features that were provided and waited to make sure that I was satisfied with the features I wanted and that they were working properly. This was a great experience. The tech made me feel at ease because he did a masterful job of explaining everything to me. I am extremely satisfied with the service that he provided. Outstanding!!!!!

The 1st Geek squad member, was not certain on the operation of the flood light. The 2d Geek squad member was more knowledgeable and explained the process and completed the installation.

Have had no issues with Geek Squad. For whatever reason, if you are unable to install cameras yourself, then I recommend using Geek Squad. They were very patient with me when explaining all aspects of Ring cameras

Geek Squad guys awesome. They did a good job in installing my garage doors with cameras. My garage door can be opened from anywhere, u can schedule door to be closed at certain times. It has all cool features. some times we forget to close garage door. this is cool we can close at any time. Earlier Best Buy sent Indepedent contractors to install, they have no clue how to install. Please mention for Geek Squad not Independent Contractors for Installation !!!

Hiring the Geek Squad to set up our security system was the best investment! Everything was seamless, from their consultation on where to place the cameras, installation through to syncing everything on to our smartphones!

The person who he installed my cam and he did a great job and explaing how to use.

The agent replaced my Arlo Floodlight and added it back to my Arlo app. He was friendly and kept me informed during the installation.

The reps did a good job of mounting the cameras and getting them started, but I'm not real pleased with the cameeras themselves.

ALLLEN DID A GREAT JOB OF MOUNTING THE (2) "RING" SECURITY CAMERAS:-). ABOVE ALL, I MUCH PREFER THE FINER DETAILS OF THE "RING" vs. "ARLO" MODELS, WHICH I'D HAD FOR SEVERAL YEARS, BUT ARLO NO LONGER SUPPORTED...MAKING THEM OBSOLETE:-(( MY ONLY RESERVATION IS THE 20' LENGTH OF OUTSIDE CABLE TO POWER SOURCE...LOOKS LIKE DANGLING BUNDLES OF CLOTHES LINE AT BOTH REAR AND FRONT ENTRANCES:-0

great but short clips. they need to be longer. sometimes skips motion segments
