Juan originally set up our system and he installed some more cameras. He knows what he is doing. He is the only one that keeps you updated and goes above and beyond. He is the only one that I would recommend to install everything.

The agent mounted my cameras where I asked, but didn't go over any of the features of the device with me. However, I feel that there should be SOME level of "figure-it-out-yourself" that needs to come with all electronic devices!
