Sub contractor to Best Buy for WiFI Camera install and support was well knowledgeable with product and how to install properly.

I scheduled for an installation of my ring camera - this was an easy repair. My ring camera failed and was under warranty so I was able to get a replacement camera at no cost but scheduled the installation. In the past I have had good communication with the Geek Squad for expected time of arrival. Unfortunately, this scheduled repair was very different. I received a phone call the day before and was told the repair person would arrive by 11am and would call me while enroute with an updated time. At 10:30 on the day of installation, I called to inquire about a time because I had not yet heard anything. I was then told repair would be to my house by 3pm. I had arranged to miss work for the morning to be available for repair, now I had to miss the second half of my workday as well. I called the Geek Squad at 2pm to, again, inquire, about a time frame. I was told that the person just began working on a repair in the Denver area - I live near the Wyoming border. I explained this to the tech person, that I was at least 2 hours from where the person was currently working. I believed repair would not arrive to my home in the afternoon and asked to cancel the repair for that day. I was told it was canceled. At 5:30, a person from repair called to let me know they were on their way and told me their location. I told them the repair had been canceled and that the location they were calling from was over an hour away and I did not want someone trying to repair my outside camera in the dark - also the 15 miles of road to get to my house has no cell service and I did not want the repair person in a strange place at night with no cell service. The repair person had not been informed of the cancellation and was being asked by Best Buy to travel in a strange, remote environment after dark. Not good.

The cameras work perfectly, have a great picture quality inn are just what I had hoped

The technician installed my security camera quickly - He saved me a lot of time. He was pleasant and professional as well. It works great!

the installation went well installer installed the cameras on the the house, installed software and explained the features. the only problem was the store employee didn't know how to set up the appointment and did not know what the service included.

The agents were able to remove , install and realign everything as well as provide further explanation as to how to efficiently use the new technology

The agents called me 30 minutes before they came. They first discussed on where I wanted the cameras to be installed and they gave their feedback when asked and had me take my decision. Both cameras were installed exactly like we decided. Thanks.

We were very, very impressed with the Geek Squad man that installed our Ring system cameras etc. He explained it and answered all of our questions perfectly. We were very pleased with his thorough information and kind understanding of our questions.

They were on time and notified me of arrival. Very professional and friendly. Took time to answer tech questions. Even followed up after a couple days to see if i had questions or concerns.

I never could’ve gotten up there to install those cameras and it didn’t take him long to install. it was explain to me how t hey worked with My cell phone

Installation was prompt and done correctly. We could have used more instruction on how to use the security camera system.

The quality of the video is very good. However, the battery needs charging far more often than I thought it would requiring me to get up on a ladder to take it in the house to charge. At 74 getting up on ladders makes me very nervous.

The Geek squad guys arrived at the time they said they would be here. They installed my 2 Blink camera's and walked me through how to use my camera's from my cell phone. They were very pleasant and professional.
