Did a good job installing....the camera these camera are great security...

First, he asked me where to install them. And did it very quickly in a professional way.

The best buy technicians determined the best locations for maximum coverage of the four(4) spotlight camera's purchased. After the installs, they instructed me on how to charge the batteries and basic operation. I am very pleased with my purchase and the installation.

They guys were great excellent work and service. Both were so friendly and knowledgeable.

The installer worked extremely hard to try and get this system to work but due to limitations of this system, it would not accept our password that we use for all of the things hooked up in the house. It would have been too difficult to change all of the passwords for everything else, so we are returning this system and buying another.

The agent connected the nest, linked it to my phone and showed me how to use it. He was very helpful.

Installed the position of an outside camera not to my liking, wanted it on the opposite corner of the house. He moved it to my liking and agreed to reasoning for the placement. But in doing so he left two holes in our siding from the original placement. In your advertisements and videos Best Buy employees are dressed neatly and in uniform, The Geek Squad who showed up for our service was not in uniform which I can understand for they had winter coats on and were working outside, but Best Buy should at least provide a belt for its employees to hold his pants up so his underwear are not showing. Bad look doesn’t bide well for the Best Buy brand
