The agents moved a ring camera and solar panel from a shady inconsequential location to a sunny spot that illuminates 3 entries to my business so I never have to change batteries and I can view who is coming in and leaving. On time and efficiently.

Two men came as scheduled, on time. They brought the equipment. Took their time to explain everything to me and then proceeded to place the items where we wanted them. They were very patient. They then connected the units and also connected them to our I Pad and cell phone. Thet made sure everything worked before they left.

Although I am certain installation would have been easy, it was worth my time to pay for the GEEK installation. It was good service.

Geek Squad is my go to resource for maintaining my laptops. I bought a Toshiba Satellite in 2010. Geek squad kept it going till February 2024. Gotta love the Totaltech program.

agent did well but admitted it ws his first time to install these devices. It would have helped if he took a fe minutes to explain how to use the cameras. The lights work well. But cameras seem complicated.

Unfortunately, I didn't know that the camera battery which came with the camera had to be charged before using it, so it died shortly after installation. I would have thought that the gentlemen installers would have known that.
