Tech guy was really knowledgeable and went over everything. Great customer service from tech. So far so good with the cameras. Almost a month and batteries around 87%. I linked with Alexa for notifications when there is a person on my front and back porch. I may need a WiFi extender, sometimes I get poor connection on the side of house farthest from my router.

Best Buy set me up with third party installers since they do not install the wired Ring spotlights, only the battery operated ones. Once finally got installers to my home, I was very pleased with their service. Friendly and they took time to show me set up and how to use the Ring app.

The tech agent mounted all 4 cameras., hook up computer system and all devices working in perfect order as requested..The whole appointment went fabulous without any delay during install. Great walk through to let know how everything would work and in changing batteries and keeping system running without any problems. Experience was remarkable!

The techs who came out were all great and really nice and professional. My one knock on them is that the camera that was installed on the garage was not placed in an ideal location. I would have much preferred that it was installed higher so no one would be able to move it.

The agents hooked up my home secuirty system. Had problems connecting it to my Internet but went the distance and stayed until the job was completed.

Horrible experience. We bought from Bestbuy because we were Total Tech members which meant that we had the benefit of free installation. We bought about $1,000 in ring equipmet. The Bestbuy sales person was great. He scheduled the installation for the following weekend. Well, on the day of installation, the third party installers never showed after giving me excuse after excuse. I called Total Tech who said that they were looking into it and they would escalate the matter and that someone would call me back from Total Tech. Im still waiting for that call from three weeks ago. I was also told that i would receive a call from the store that i bought everything from. I never got that call either. I ended up installing everything myself. Cameras, doorbell, alarm system, retro kits and thermostat. Then I received a call three weeks later from Total Tech wanting to confirm my scheduled installation of my ring doorbell for tomorrow. You cant make this up. It was a complete disaster and apparently zero communication. I would give this review zero stars if it was an option.

The guys from Geek Squad installed my Cameras in a reasonable amount of time. They were professional, courteous, and conscientious. On a scale from 1 to 10 where 10 is extremely satisfied and 1 is extremely dissatisfied, I gave them a 9. Thank you Geek Squad.

I purchased the Total Tech Membership and Best Buy sent members of the Geek Squad to my house to do the installation. They were very friendly during the process and did a great job.

Everything was installed and working to our complete satisfaction.

The geek squad was great. He explained the whole system to me. He then help me download the app and assisted me inlogging in all the cameras. He then installed all the outside camera's and the solar panels. Came back inside, checked the system, named all the camera's, and tested everything once more. The whole experience was great.

the agent was on time, with his appoiment, the agenty was curiou andknowledgeable of install my tv and he made sure all my tv channels was coming in and made sure allmy monitors was working to get my channels,

We are extremely happy with the Geek Squad's installation of our Arlo cameras and doorbell and new router and wifi extender. Our first visit was from a contractor hired by Geek Squad and the results were not good. Once the Geek Squad came to do the install everything went smoothly. Love Geek Squad!!!
