My experience with the Geek squad was great. The representative was very helpful and and knew exactly what he was doing in setting up the system correctly.

The agent mounted my two ring cameras, adjusted the angles to my liking and showed me how to change the batteries. The agent was great and I would definitely use this service again.

Installation seemed to go fine, & the set-up was supposedly completed, but unfortunately we immediately began experiencing issues with the system malfunctioning, not detecting motion when it should, not recording, going offline, etc. We called the agent that did installation right away - on two different days - we still have never received a return call (we called twice at the very beginning of July). Our system still isn’t working properly and the lack of follow thru on Geek Squad’s end has been disappointing.

The agent mounted 3 cameras and a solar panel. Needed a taller ladder, which arrived in a timely fashion. And one camera needed to be moved. Also, had to remove solar panel as it would not support the charge overnight. All done for a simple low charge. All cameras hooked up to the Ring app.

Install went very well .. Camara resolution is good I am using an Echo show to monitor . Problem I am having is Camera’s keep going off line. This continues to happen even after calling blink tech support and installing fresh batts . After ownong about a month I Would not recommend.

They did a good job but had to delay the outside install until a day without rain and lightning. They should have rescheduled the whole time instead of having to make an additional appointment.

Battery life greatly reduced by service going off and on. I was told the batteries would last about a month - they only last about 1 week. Something within the software keeps deactivating the cameras.

The team Mike and Alex were fantastic Worked hard to get the security system up and running working through some challenges Very pleased with this team and Geek squad GoyJob guys!

They arrived, introduced themselves, reviewed the premises and talked us through everything while they were installing cameras, and the Ring doorbell. They helped us download everything and explained how the internet wiring in the house was changed and simplified. If ratings were 1-10 I would give Eric and Aaron a 30!!!

GREAT IDEA TO HAVE ALL EXTERIOR DOOR MONITORED WITH A CAMERA.

They came and installed my outdoor camera system without no problems. They asked for my input and kept my informed throughout the whole process.

We had geek squad mount our tv and google cameras, on 2 different days. Both instances the team was fabulous! They were patient and professional, getting the mount spot just right! I would highly recommend them over and over!

Installed in timely manner. Nothing but a bare bones, in directions provided despite requests. Has unique functions, that requires further detective work on my own.
