There are lots of jokes about the Geek Squad but the guy that installed my RING system was professional, knowledgeable, and had a great personality too...and knew what he was doing. When I showed him where I wanted the cameras he knew exactly what he needed and went to work. I had planned for at least 4 hours, he was done in much less time than that and got everything right the first time. He also showed me how to initialize the system and set up my account. Hope he's the one that returns when I expand the system. He was equipped with the right tools, the right supplies, and most important the experience to get the job done right the first time.

These cameras are great for outdoor security, and the price is reasonable. The home app controls are very easy to use. Setup is all wireless.

My installer, Scott did a great job. Especially taking time to explain the working & how to change the different settings.

The team of 3 installed my Arlo pro 3 cameras, set up the base unit, and gave me a brief introduction to the smart phone app. They had everything up and running in less than one hour. Love the cameras.

The blink cameras are excellent, provide additional security for the house, have the doorbell and two cameras. Easy to use , and are less expensive than other brands.

Thre first 2 times that the 3rd party contractor came out h.e was in and out within 15 minutes. It would have been a lot more helpful if he had explained what he was doing, why, and to educate me on the inside/ outside issue about seeing these cameras UO. The 3rd contractor, Manuel, came out and he was was exceptional. Explaining to me the problem with the previous installation and why I was having camera issues. Security cameras are new to me, so a little education with the same 1 st and 2nd contractor would have been helpful.

They helped me on all facets of my outdoor security cameras including the free eufy app on my iPhone. They were fantastic!

The agent mounted cameras up front and back.. and was awesome talked me thru how to set it up over phone as well. Installation was fast and he advised me if I needed anything or have any trouble someone would come out. Tonight my front camera stopped it took them just a few minutes to get it back going. Geek squad is the best I highly recommend. Thank you for getting everything going for my family.

Great set up and system works well. He was patient and explained things well. Although the young man gave us his phone number to call but he never answered or returned our calls.

We loved our 1st system so well, we bought a 2nd system for our other home. We can see / hear what is going on 24/7 265 also with 2 way talk / hear. Great quality picture / video. Great price. not sure yet what the "recording will cost" as we have 4 months of "free" storage recording...so well see...only drawback so far is the battery...you have to watch your settings / recording as you can burn thru a battery in days / week....its a learning curve...

Although they may be easy to install, the GeekSquad quickly and professionally installed our wireless cameras. They took all of the time needed to answer our questions. When they left, we were using the cameras to their full potential and knew how to adjust them. Highly recommend!!

Solar panel was installed easily. Looks good and much better than using batttery.

Mitchell geek squad person did an excellent job was patient took his time work with me to resolve some issues had to uninstall the wired doorbell and install a battery operated one. He is a great agent and an asset.

Geek squad set up our Arlo Pro 2 security system. Was so helpful and also set up the app needed on our phones. He also gave us his phone number and told us to call anytime 24 hours a day. Perfect service!
