    Excellent service. The only issue i had was that they removed all the packaging from the products purchased. I did not have any paperwork to refer to.

    The agent was not geek squad but a subcontractor . He was friendly but once they leave your property u can forget about any communication with them. I had issuses but they never answered or return my call.

    Very happy with the purchase. The Arlo app is super easy to use. I can stream and watch all video clips when I’m away from home. I’m no longer have to pay for monthly subscription from a home security system company. Very satisfied customer.

    Installer was great and n o problems getting the system installed. My only problem is when active I need to remove my outside flags as they trip the outside cameras continuously.

    the geek squad had to return as the subcontracter entered the wrong email address, but when they returned they got it working right in no time, excellent job, and showed me things I did not know the cameras did.
