Very happy with my purchase of the Arlo Pro 2. The Geek Squad install was great. They were great to work with and were very informative. Highly recommend the security camera and the install by the Geek Squad.

The agents were very helpful and quick but they quit working after 2 weeks and had to be reinstalled by other Geek squad agents

The Guys were very professional. They answered all of my questions and where I had Doubt they assured me everything will be fine.

the geek squad came out an installed for me. he was ok. at first it seemed like he did not want to do the job but then he did it. was not that hard to do but I do not have the tools to do it myself

The installation never happened, the scheduled time was delayed and then they never showed up. I never heard a word from them for 8 days and then just a text to reschedule. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My husband had to miss dialysis due to them not arriving on time, and I missed a day of work for NOTHING.

got a window from 7 am till 1pm got a text at 10 am that they will come from 10 am till one 12:30 pm i call customer service to see whats going on hour on the phone finally get a rep mind u its 1:30 pm after several attempts they finally got in contact with install guy was told he can still make the appointment this was 2pm by now then they made me contact the install guy he told me i can be there within the hour install guy showed up around 3 pm after my contact install guy said i dont know why they schedule people those time windows since they are not accurate install guy was nice install was pretty quick but lack of product demo .also got a case number after several attempts ive tried to contact customer service two hour waits then finally get called back to get hung up on i basically gave up on trying to resolve the issue i usuallly spent over 5k at best buy and this is unacceptable.

All my devices are installed, setup and ready to run. They went through each device and showed me how they work together

Geek Squad mounted 4 wireless cameras. Initially, the cameras had trouble connecting with the wifi, but after a second member came to help, the solution was found and the system works great.

We are still getting used to the system and more efficient using it. Great for seeing purchases delivered and for screening those coming to our front door. We are alerted even if they don’t use the doorbell.

I will recommend this wireless cameras is very good security cameras

The service technician was prompt, polite and quiet good. Got my security system connected to the internet. Got my fourth camera working, which lasted about 24 hours. Said the Geek squad would be contacting me to get a wi-fi extender for my fifth camera, never heard from anyone again. Had to buy another service contract to get someone out to look into my problems

The agents installed my cameras quickly, but they didn't clean up after they were finished.

I was encouraged to buy 4 arlo solar panel for my Arlo essential camera that the battery do not last. I purchased the solar panel and scheduled appointment for installation because I have a total tech. I book appointment for almost four time because of no show. I missed available outing because of having to stay at home waiting and calling. Unfortunately, I went to Maplewood store to complain for the Fifth time, after a no show, I was told total tech does not cover solar panel installation. I was really infuriated. I almost threw those panel away.... I had to figure installation myself.
