    When you are not good at putting tech together, call someone who is and that someone in my case was the Geek squad, they showed up on time, did the job and explained what they did.

    They wouldn’t let me do a review with no stars. The install was scheduled 3 times. Twice they did not show up and the third install was changed( not by me) to a delivery that never came. I was never contacted to let me know that they weren’t coming or why! Each time it took me about an hour to reach an agent who could not get through to the installer to address the issue. I canceled the install.
