I was encouraged to buy 4 arlo solar panel for my Arlo essential camera that the battery do not last. I purchased the solar panel and scheduled appointment for installation because I have a total tech. I book appointment for almost four time because of no show. I missed available outing because of having to stay at home waiting and calling. Unfortunately, I went to Maplewood store to complain for the Fifth time, after a no show, I was told total tech does not cover solar panel installation. I was really infuriated. I almost threw those panel away.... I had to figure installation myself.

They came in and fix the problem with my cameras got them all connected but left me to deal with the password problem

Geek Squad came out to my house to install Arlo cameras. They were prompt and did a great job.

Once they show up they were great They kept changing my appt. time

The agent was not geek squad but a subcontractor . He was friendly but once they leave your property u can forget about any communication with them. I had issuses but they never answered or return my call.

The agent mounted the system expertly in a very short time. He was willing to answer all questions we had and pointed out the need for the solar cell to keep it charged.

Agent mounted my outdoor nest cam with floodlight. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and asked me my preferences before installing.

The agents were very nice. Wanted to make sure everything was correct and covered before leaving.

We would have had to wait over two weeks to fit in the schedule. Then, I noticed there was an additional $69.99 delivery fee on top of the $129.99 installation fee PER camera system. Total for delivery and installation on the same day of $329.97 plus tax. Tech said it would be a easy installation and wouldn’t take very long. My husband and son installed them within an hour. So, it is easy to install.
