Super sloth slow

As a total tech member I was suppose to be covered , but the third party company charged me extra for them having to get a taller ladder out. They had a 6 ft ladder and don’t go on the last two steps for safety. After dealing with that it took from about 10:00 am -5:30 pm to install only 4 cameras instead of the 8 needed. Best Buy needs to be better about who they use and whether they have the skills and staff needed to perform the jobs so not to waste customers time.
