Can't say enough about the wonderful service we received from the Geek Squad. Efficient, friendly and installed quickly. Would not hesitate to use them again.

The installer failed to communicate to me that he was running a wire which i provided from the modem to a internet outlet in the room which resulted in a tripping hazard and unacceptable. This was not realized until the installer had left. Instead providing a demo of the system the installer asked me What do you want to know about the system???

Geek Squad guys were great - we signed up with them for a year and look forward to them fixing everything in our lives....

Tech had difficulty getting Blink monior to sync with wifi. He called someone for assistance. I got it to sync. Quality wasn't as I hoped. Spoke to manager & device uninstalled. These techs who unintalled, were knowledgeable.

Jason from other company installed camera in no time. He was knowledgeable, attentive and informative. Very courteous and cooperative gentleman

GEEK squad helped me to install my Arlo Pro 2 cameras at home, they helped me to set them up and connected to the internet. Highly recommended.

They installed my cameras and set up the registration all I had to do was show them where to place them and they did a great job

This was a replacement for a camera system that had failed. Installer did not take the time to install properly and walked away from it. Refused to install 3 cameras that they had previously installed. Did not know the product and would not take the time to call Tech Support. When I called tech support I found out the Geek Squad agent was very misinformed about the cameras. I have used the Geek Squad for over 25 years for vehicle stereo installation and remote start. The installer (Matt Zorn) is excellent. However all GeekSquad agents are not created equal. I would have been better off with a theirs party installer on the camera system. Very disappointed!
