Feel squad need training

Understandable, he mentioned the can’t work under rain. They knew based on conversation and my sostén what my product was. They reschedule for the following weekend. Then the appt day came and cancelled saying that the geek squad can’t do Wired cameras. I was beyond upset because I wasted so much time and money. Missing work and couldnt take my son to basketball.. just to learn that the Job couldnt be perform. Your Staffing needs more training. Ask the proper questions before Wasting people time.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Installer initially showed up about 10 days ago and indicated that the order was incomplete because it did not include information about installing 4 additional cameras and solar panels and advised me to go to the nearest Best Buy to obtain a more accurate order and a new appointment. He never showed up for the new appointment which GEEK Squad had confirmed with him. Moreover I had arranged to be off work today to accommodate him. It took a 72 mile trip and two hours in in your store to reschedule today’s futile appointment. Now going on to 2 months since the original request /purchase for installation.
