Team installed all cameras and TVs. Made sure I understood operation of each before they left. On time, efficient. Great service.

The guy who came and installed my cameras was a third party. I had Google Nest Cam IQs installed. They have to be plugged in, so I had the cord run into the attic instead of the wall. The plug was too short and the guy that installed the cameras made a run to Home Depot to grab an extension cord. He wanted to make sure they were working properly and were positioned correctly. I really appreciate that he went out of his way.

The agents were professional yet friendly. They helped me easily understand everything that they did ( I’m a senior citizen)and did not leave until they were sure that I did. Jesse and his partner were exceptional and based on their service I would highly recommend the geek squad.

Max did a great job installing our cameras and answered my questions.

The cameras were installed in the locations approved by the HOA. After installation, the technician checked with me to confirm that the areas I wanted monitored were being captured. They then adjusted the camera angles to ensure full coverage of the desired areas.

The gentleman who came out was very professional and had a lot of knowledge about the Arlo Security System. As he installed my system, I was asking questions. Throughout the process and he did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. When he had finished, he showed me the setup on my phone and still continued to answer my questions. Great job Geek Squad and great customer service from this gentleman

The Geek Squad came and located the best places for cameras. they installed and made sure they were working properly. the whole setup was configured on the APP and explained in plain language.

It was quick and efficient. The person knew what he was doing and gave the best opinion on where and how to install the cameras. Would really him to any client.

Extremely please with Alvaro’s work on the install! He didn’t need any direction and installed the cameras perfectly! I prefer using Al to do all of my installs now. He was so patient and self sufficient! He took his time and angled the cameras and solars perfectly! He also had a great attitude! I throughly enjoyed working with him and will request him for my future mounts!

Cant get any better than geek squad yo come and fo the instal yotal tech members ship rocks i buy all my electronics from best and get free installs ine saved 600 buck this year so far and plant yo save way more they install everything from car stereo to home everything i buy s dishwasher they put it in i buy a car stereo for my sond car they put it for free

OK, Best Buy just sent me 7 requests for a survey on the items I purchased for our new home. That aside, the service I received from the installation crew was great. Two TVs, Sound system, and Ring Exterior. Everything went very well. I believe I also received a dozen emails for a 3-month trial of Apple Music & Apple TV. I figure I have 3 years coming to me. :)

The guys were great when they came out to install the wireless cameras. They were both knowledgable and helpful. It didn't take them long to get the installed and setup.
