Horrible customer service

His supervisor said he would call me and that never happened. I then texted him back asking for the corporate number. He texted me back saying he was on PTO. We made arrangements for him to call me on Tuesday. But of course that didn't happen. At this point I want my money back. I am recording this also. In case I have to send it to the BBB. I would also like someone from corporate to contact me also the you mans supervisor supervisor. This is horrible customer service. Btw, my name is Mary not Nerry. Uuuggghhh

He said you have a delay of a few seconds, and I said yes. He told me my problem was my internet speed. So after our conversation on the phone, he didn't show up.

OK so for with some issues

Went into store talked with manager a month ago. Was told either herself or another manager would be calling me. No one has called me. I'll be going to the store tomorrow as I've been out of town.
