    My camera was put up quickly and his opinion on where to place it was spot on. Answered all my questions and adding to my app was a breeze. Thing is I only had one camera to install, why is the price the same if you're only getting one? It only takes half the time.

    I had already installed cameras. I needed help troubleshooting why my two way voice didn't work. He said you have a delay of a few seconds, and I said yes. He told me my problem was my internet speed. So after our conversation on the phone, he didn't show up.

    Complete installation is still incomplete!Technician needed to move on to other jobs to stay on time. Went into store talked with manager a month ago. Was told either herself or another manager would be calling me. No one has called me. I'll be going to the store tomorrow as I've been out of town.
