Roger installed my Ring cameras and Ring Doorbell camera. He adjusted them to make sure they were pointed in the right direction and blocked some areas where there was too much-unneeded motion. He also taught me how to use the app. Roger is very conscientious with his work and has a good personality. He also reminded me to call if there were any problems later.

I was waiting for the best buy service provider or service partner to install my security cameras at desired appointment date and they haven't showed up or given any communication on their arrival at the arrival window which they provided through text. We have waited all the day for service partner to install the cameras but no one had arrived at my residence. Next day spoke to the Geek squad customer service representative to check why the appointment is missed and they dont have specific reason and they suggested for reschedule of appointment to next following week which I am supposed to travel out of town, now I had to move my plans to get my cameras installed at my home. If they are not able to make the appointment date or time as scheduled, then I would suggest the best buy service partners to properly communicate with the users who are expected to get their gadgets to be installed at an expected appointment date.

The technician was running late but called ahead to let me know. His service made up for this as he went above and beyond to provide good service.

The agent mounted my wireless cam camera and did an exemplary job. The camera is awesome and is amazing and the Cam's performance is very good. Best Buy has the best products for security- the Ring cams are amazing! The agent who installed my camera did an exemplary job.

Our security camera required some extra care to mount the cameras and the Geek Squad was more than up to the task. They solved issues and set up the our cameras and monitoring system with great care and showed us the ins and outs of how to use it. Great job!

Trina was the best help for us. She explained everything she was doing and walked us through putting the security cameras through installing the APP. It was so much easier for her to do the installation rather than taking a day out of our schedule to figure it out. Two cameras were installed and APP information figured out in less than 45 minutes.

Geek Squad was great BUt Best Buy does not give you full details about products. We purchased security cameras and a routing mesh system. They were not compatible to each other. After two weeks of work with Best Buy and Geek Squad, it was too late to return or exchange the items. The Geek Squad Technician did everything in his power to help us connect, but it just wasn't happening. We will use Geek Squad again, but it is doubtful we will purchase anything from Best Buy again.

Ryan did a great job. The product is taking time to get right. One camera is not charging with the solar panel. It is out of battery in a week with a solar panel.

Service was professional. Agent was extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain the technology.

Solar cameras installed, back camera has not been working right, the other 3 cameras are working solar, like they should, but it’s not working like it’s on battery, not like the others it’s off line right now, not working, plus I opened the box yesterday, an the seals for the rain an dust weren’t put in, so I’m not happy for real, gotta find someone to check them for me,

All of my seven cameras were mounted in trees outdoors. The agent was familiar with the cameras and how to set them up. He cheerfully climbed up and down his ladder and never complained. His goal was to ensure that the system worked perfectly and that placement was to my satisfaction. A week after my camera system was installed one of the cameras failed. Troubleshooting with Arlo didn't help. The agent returned to my house and set up the replacement camera that he brought with him. He was awesome. Raymond Lane.

Had our ring cameras mounted on the outside of our house and they did a wonderful job. All 4 cameras are working great. Feel safer with them there.

The guy that came to install our Ring Spotlight camera, Carlos, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Once installed I didn't light where it was mounted so he changed it to were I wanted and did it with a smile. He took his time in showing us how it worked in addition to some tips. He was very peasant and easy to talk to; didn't make you feel dumb when I asked a lot of questions.

SimpliSafe Cameras Capture It All! This has been the best investment ever, and I have outside cameras for the front and patio. Every movement is recorded in seconds. I'm delighted, and the monitoring system is the best.

Good quality cameras. Battery life is not what they stated. I would recommend solar panels
