System is lithium battery powered not rechargeable

My geek squad dude was GREAT. He was knowledge and polite.

It works perfect, and it’s also a great neighbor app

There were 4 cameras in this package. I've only had one installed. It took about 3 months to get it installed and working with my LG TV. It still does not work correctly. If you want to be able to zoom, it doesn't zoom. It does have good night vision. I tried to get help from both Geek Squad and the Manufacturer, but wasn't able to get the problems resolved.

I tried for 3 consecutive days to schedule an appointment, I was transferred to every department until someone cut off the call. Finally got some who said he could schedule the appointment but I would have pay additional $99 more, I told him I want to cancel the service and he cut the off. I disputed the charge on my account 5 weeks ago and I am still waiting for my refund. This is the WORST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED.

It was never installed by Best Buy because the installer that showed up said he couldn’t install the product because it was a new install and not a retro fit. He said he didn’t have time to do it . I asked the associate in Best Buy several times to make sure that the installer was going to be able to install the ring spotlight and told associate that there was nothing in the spot I wanted and he assured me that the installer was fully qualified to do the job. My main reason for wanting someone from Best Buy was because I had a ring doorbell, indoor chime and the spotlight camera all of which I was having a problem programming properly on the app! I’m very disappointed to say the least!!!!

The guy took the key to unlock the cameras so I can be able to change the batteries and on top of that he took the an extra battery that came with the camera bundle. I been trying to contact them as well as geek squad and they can’t see to get a reach of them.

First tech got Arlo running but knocked out Alexa devices. Second tech got Arlo running and Alex online again but knocked off my Netflix and Amazon Prime on TV. I paid $150 for this????

First and last time using this service, I paid for the service to install 2 cameras, and agent finally installed (Barely) Only one, at this time camera is having connection issues, and I had to do half of the job myself

All my devices didn’t make it in on time and was delayed, please send someone back out to finish. Thanks

Most systems don't have the added feature of sound.

The agent was effective in enabling my security camera.

I had the guy show up an then he informed me he only installs the camera an he doesn’t do set up anything else so he began hanging up the cameras but he placed one of them in a area I did not ask him to so he used different wood screws because an I quote” I like using sheet rock screws better then the ones that come in the box”. But I informed him not only did he place a camera in a place we’re there were all ready three other wire fed cameras an I did not want a camera there please ask before you just rip apart my house with the oversized screws please he went on just hanging up the camera he never checked to see if they were working nor asked if I had any question so I informed him I did not understand how to operate these cameras. He went on to state he really installs these he like working with safe light system so I need to go Nike an look up how to start up the systems an trouble shoot it. So I called an had a different crew come out to finish an they stated because the guy placed the camera in the wrong area if it was moved it would leave large holes in my wood work because of the large screws used so I am stuck with a camera I don’t need in a area covered already by s camera wire fed would not use them ever again to install camera system it was horrible I wish I could get my money back it was a waist of my time

The installer (Matt?) installed one of my outside cameras where the light has to stay on all night to power the camera. He should have installed it to the power before it gets to the switch. This is not an acceptable option.
