Best Buy should be giving me a $400 gift card for all the inconvenience with getting the product I ordered in November 2025. Due to the store delays getting the purchased item to me delayed installation 1/2 dozen times or more at this point. Service extremely poor and recommended using another company for purchase of cameras Nd installation. If I didn’t need the cameras installed, I would have cancelled this whole order along time ago. No excuse! The rating should be POOR. They default this to FAIR and I say that is not accurate after what I have been through.

Everything was installed at best but two cameras were stolen they are to easy to tan on and off. I live in a nice neighborhood but the theft has tripled especially since the heat and caused us to get the cameras but I am switching to hardwire cameras and using these inside also the battery life is no good.

The Geek Squad team that supported our Ring installs were extremely knowledgeable about the Ring App as well as camera and solar panel placements. They worked together very well as a team and were very patient and open to our inputs. Very friendly and they took their time. Very clean look to the finished product because of their expertise and pride of workmanship.

The Geek Squad came to help me to activate the (5) Ring Flood Camera my electrician had installed while my house was under construction. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was thankful to them because I was than able to secure my property and view as we finished the construction

Just had 8 night-owl cameras installed on my house to replace 3-4 older cameras that no longer worked well. I dont think this system could have been installed if it wasnt for Tech Dane, he was with a 3rd-Party. He was absolutely amazing, Professional And extremely knowledgeable with the different kinds of cameras. The night-owl cameras only came with 60ft cables and Dane had extra 100ft cables on hand, as well as everything else we needed. It was well worth paying a bit extra for the additional parts. He did a great job and showed us how to connect our phones. We get everything from Best Buy! Geek squad rocks!

My agent installed the two cameras and base unit. The agent Ryan did an amazing job in the installation !!! Ryan also explained in detail how to make adjustments when needed on the cameras and did a very excellent job !! We would recommend agent Ryan for any install !!!!!!!!!!!
