Excellent Product, Excellent Service Techs, Easy to Use

even though i am a technical person, i'm glad i used geek sqad to install my smart system. when they were done everything worked and all my questions were answered. arlo is strange. they make a decent product, but if you have a house and a vacation house, arlo wanted money every month for the second set of cameras and the second controller. the geek boys swithed me to ring at no charge

my camera was just out of warranty. they suggested that i buy a new battery for the camera. (otherwise, i would have to buy a new camera. i did buy a new camera, and it fixed the problem. THANK YOU GEEK SQUAD !! :}

I LOVE MY "RING DOORBELL"!! IT FUNCTIONS JUST AS ADVERTISED. "THE GEEK SQUAD" ARE FABULOUS! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED THEM......AND THEY CAN'T BE BEAT!!

The 2 workers were so friendly and helpful. They set up our Ring Doorbell quickly and set up the connection to both our phones and home computer. They were very informative and professional.

Jeff and his team installed my spotlight camera in record time and with ease.

My complaint is that I have total tech. The first time they came out I didn’t have Wifi yet at my house. The did mount the cameras at that time. When I finally got Wifi I made another appointment. Again I have total protect. This time I have the remaining cameras installed and the batteries put in the already mounted cameras. I was charged two fees because I had a total of 10 cameras installed inside and outside my home. I thought this was way to expensive especially since all they had to was put batteries in most of the cameras which technically I had already paid for the first visit. To charge me a third fee for 2 cameras to be set up especially in light of the fact I have total tech and am an elite plus member. Again the installers were exceptional.

The agent mounted my security cameras and and they were all connected to my wifi.. was very knowledgeable and friendly to work with . There customer service is really great, i like the fact that i can always trade up to the newest technology.i would definitely highly recommend geek squad.

Cameras were installed very quickly and efficiently. The tech answered questions and even came back for adjustments, Really appreciate the friendly service.

The service agent was very pleasant and did not rush the installation. however would never recommend purchasing this monitor system. My batteries need charging and the instructions were not clear to me, this maybe my issues but this product is not working for me. I wish my service agent was more knowledgeable on working this.

Geek squad came out and installed our wireless camera. They were very polite, respectful and very helpful. They put our camera right where we needed it. The young man was very patient about which direct we wanted it to face. He also made sure to connect to my phone. That’s slot geek squad.

Can't say enough good things about the guys that came to do the Arlo camera and doorbell installs. Top-rated work inc setting up the Arlo app on our phones, making sure it worked and answering questions. They even came back that day after another install an hour away as we had an install issue that came up and got it fixed.

Chris and Pedro worked together to get cameras and solars installed regardless of the rain.

Checking my desktop computer was as easy as pie this last time I took it in. At 78 years old only know the simple things to do so don't know much and have no one to teach me so I rely on Best Buy Geek Squad who also treat me with respect and correct everything I ask to be checked.
