When I purchased my home security cameras, I didn’t want to take the risk of doing it myself. I’m glad that the Geek Squad came out and properly installed them. I’m very satisfied with their service. Thank you Geek Squad!

I am still adjusting the field and chime settings, but everything is working and I think it will be a helpful security for our home. Earlier we had an intruder and our doorbell camera video was used by the police.

I’m on a yearly service plan with the Geek Squad and it’s the best money I’ve ever spent! My most recent purchase/install were the Arlo security cameras. The team came out and did a flawless job as usual!

They send two different companies. Each company was to install two cameras. The installers worked it out. It took an extra day but the install was excellent.

The agent checked all of the batteries before loading them into the cameras. He located the best placements for and installed the cameras and solar panels for optimum coverage. He doublechecked my telephone to ensure I could access the cameras and taught how to use the Ring app. He demonstrated how to load and unload the batteries should I need to recharge them. He explained that a drop in temperature could effect the cameras' operation. Also, he indicated that I was to ensure that the camera doors were closed at all times so moisture didn't get in. He also showed me how to reconnect the cameras should one go off line. He also placed the Eeros for the best coverage. The technician was very thorough, personable, and professional.

Burt the tech did a great job installing the Ringtone door camera and 2 cameras. However, he but did not connect the door bell to the inside doorbell chime and said that Mark would have to do it. I had to call to Best Buy to make another appointment to complete the job.

The agent of Geek Squad installed my Blink cámaras, he was excellent , very professional and very quickly, I indicated where I want the cámaras and he did very very good. I am very happy with the services of Geek Squad , they have professional people .

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Geek Squad! Truly didn't NEED them to install the Arlo system, but it saved us the time. Our tech thoroughly explained everything and did not rush us - wanted to be sure we understood just how simple everything was. He was very helpful and it was a good experience.

I was very impressed the way they worked, Organized, cleaned up in a timely manner. If I asked a question they were very professional and the point. Most of all the job was done well with very little problems.
