Have had no issues with Geek Squad. For whatever reason, if you are unable to install cameras yourself, then I recommend using Geek Squad. They were very patient with me when explaining all aspects of Ring cameras

Great Arlo Cameras and the Geek Squad Installer Was Excellent. He Was Very Knowledgeable and Helpful In Explaining All Our Cameras.

The 1st Geek squad member, was not certain on the operation of the flood light. The 2d Geek squad member was more knowledgeable and explained the process and completed the installation.

After the installation was complete he showed me the different features that were provided and waited to make sure that I was satisfied with the features I wanted and that they were working properly. This was a great experience. The tech made me feel at ease because he did a masterful job of explaining everything to me. I am extremely satisfied with the service that he provided. Outstanding!!!!!
