The agent replaced my Arlo Floodlight and added it back to my Arlo app. He was friendly and kept me informed during the installation.

The agent mounted my cameras where I asked, but didn't go over any of the features of the device with me. However, I feel that there should be SOME level of "figure-it-out-yourself" that needs to come with all electronic devices!

This Tech guy installed our wireless cameras and was so patient with us. When we had trouble connecting to my spouse's phone, the Tech guy came back and fixed it for us right away. So great!

the installation went well installer installed the cameras on the the house, installed software and explained the features. the only problem was the store employee didn't know how to set up the appointment and did not know what the service included.

Geek Squad guys awesome. They did a good job in installing my garage doors with cameras. My garage door can be opened from anywhere, u can schedule door to be closed at certain times. It has all cool features. some times we forget to close garage door. this is cool we can close at any time. Earlier Best Buy sent Indepedent contractors to install, they have no clue how to install. Please mention for Geek Squad not Independent Contractors for Installation !!!
