However, the battery needs charging far more often than I thought it would requiring me to get up on a ladder to take it in the house to charge. At 74 getting up on ladders makes me very nervous.

The price is a bargain for how long it takes. They know exactly what to do and how to overcome any technical obstacles. Don't waste your time doing yourself..these guys are the best!!!
