Lucas was great. Very efficient in getting 4 cameras installed and a video doorbell.
I have a camera that is very high up and needs to be reset. I am 81 years old and somewhat disabled and afraid of heights.
This is not Lucas' fault. I am not sure what I need to do now.
This cam has gone offline a few times as well.

The agent was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain to what he was doing (security camera installation). He also went beyond the "call of duty" and assisted me in "synching" the device to my phone and made sure that all. my other devices were also "synched".

We purchased 2 ring outdoor security cam’s. They are simple enough to install but the installation was included so since I am disabled and my husband still works outside the home I chose to have them installed by their team and it was fast, perfect placement and my service team was awesome!! They were friendly, knowledgeable and got it done quickly and safely. I’d recommend The Geek Squad for any electronic install. Thank you for such a fabulous job getting our home security cam’s up and running so quickly!!

The indoor cameras which I purchased. You have been excellent picture and was very well set up with the technician at my home. He did take the time to be sure it was installed properly to my phones and computer was impressed with that technician. However, he did try to make appointment for me for my outdoor cameras to get proper materials to do the job but still working on that for some reason it has gotten twisted around and I do not believe it was his fault. I do believe that was lack of communication from other employees from Best Buy will be addressing it sometime in January. If they cannot resolve that I will look elsewhere to have job done

The installation technicians were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They worked quickly and made sure that I was happy with the camera placement and knew how to navigate the Ring App. I would highly recommend them.

David came out to my house and carefully charged, paired up the device and answered all of my questions along the way. Went outside to mount it on my house and showed me where the video was on my cell phone. I picked David because he came out to my house to do another job. I knew I could communicate with him because he was very patient. Great job David.

bella and hunter were amazing at installing my ring cameras! i’ve had a security issue and they were so helpful with placing the cameras exactly where i needed and being there to help me with any questions i had. i never ever write reviews but i was amazed by their work ethic! they’ve given me a sense of security and my life back, i’ll never be able to thank them enough.

So grateful to the staff helping us through with getting a great camera system and installing each camera. They explained everything and help us set up the app to view our camera system from anywhere. We had great customer service. They helped us until they were comfortable about us being familiar with the product! These guys are the BEST people of Best Buy!!!

This camera works TOO well. It goes off when a squirrel or cat crosses my driveway. You should be able to adjust it to turn off animals. The spotlight isn't working correctly. It is telling me it needs NEW batteries. They were NEW when it was put up one month ago. I'm 74 years old, and can't get on a ladder to change batteries. I wasn't aware you needed a subscription to keep it working.

The GEEK SQUAD installers were very professional. They installed the cameras to my existing APP and the installation was done and explained to me with ease in understanding how to disconnect for charging the battery. I was asked if positioning of the cameras were to my satisfaction after viewing. Very satisfied

Jim the installer was great! Quick, efficient, and really knew his stuff. The problem was they didn't let me take unit with me. They kept it and gave it to the installer to deliver at time of install. This meant the battery wasn't charged. It was at 28% at time of install. I bought a solar panel to be installed at the same time, and that didn't do a very good job. So now I had to buy a second battery, and get up on the ladder to install it because the battery went all the way down to 5% because the solar panel doesn't do a great job. None of this is the installers fault, he was great. The fact they wouldn't let me take the unit home to charge the battery before the installer came was incredibly frustrating. I should add that I have a leg injury so that is why I wanted to installer to come so I could avoid going up the ladder. So much for that. . .

Tim and his partner came out to my house and installed my equipment. He was quick, professional and friendly. Left his information in case he has to come back and help out with my camera, like replace a battery. Thanks Geek squad
