The tech arrived on time and was able to install my series of Blink cameras around my home. He was safely dressed and protected my carpet with his shoe covers. He install each around the house, he was very patient, while making sure all were angled just right to get the greatest effect. This was a great service and would recommend to anyone who plans to install security cameras about their home.

We had two ring spotlight plus camera’s installed. One in the front of our house and one in the back. The Geek Squard installation arrived as stated and did an excellent job placing the cameras so we could monitor our property. We had an issue with the signal strength with the camera in the front of our house and the team made recommendations getting a mesh device. Which we did. We are happy with the install and with the cameras.

He was on time and messaged ahead to let me know of his arrival…very personable and took time to show us exactly how do do the connecting to our phones and iPad…a definite help to us who are not technically knowledgeable.. installed the cameras to made sure we understood how to view and adjust…Great experience!

The agents came out and mounted and tested the items I had purchased. All worked well and the installation was done well and had no problems - except with the one unit that had a solar panel for helping to power the camera and lights. An agent came out again and made sure the angle on the solar panel was accurate (to get more of the sun's rays to charge the batteries). Everybody I met was anxious for my devices to work well and for me to be happy.

Installed cameras and placed for best coverage. They took time to try different locations.

He called the day before and arrived on time the day of the appointment. I wish I had thought to charge both batteries prior to the day of installation. The installation went quickly.

These are the wireless, battery cameras. The batteries are supposed to last three months, but that depends on where the camera is located and how much traffic it monitors. The camera facing the front of the house, which hits the street, monitored and recorded every car that drove by. That continuous flow of traffic, day and night, killed the batteries in four days. The camera at the side of the house, which also hit the street, but not as much, killed the batteries in seven days. The cameras in the back of the house didn't have much traffic so they lasted longer. The cameras themselves work beautifully. They look great, even at night, and the audio is fantastic. The only problems with these cameras is that if they're monitoring heavy traffic, the batteries won't last. I had to take these cameras down and put in hard-wired ones. I have no issues now. The cameras look great, sound great, and are continuously powered.

Geek Squad camera installation with Mr. Taij, this guy is very professional fast and patient. He asked questions about the the location and position of where I wanted my cameras, what views I was trying to capture and made suggestions that really helped. Also he was easy to talk to, need more people in the world with his personality.

Our agent was professional, the installation was quick and done right, he explained everything and answered all our questions!

Agent from Best Buy Roman did an excellent job at installing the four exterior Ring security spotlights. Everything was at ease since we already had outdoor hard-wired electric spotlights existing. I was a simple replace the old floodlights with the new Ring Security floodlights. Installation went flawless with Roman wxplaining how everything operates in detail. Very satisfied...

The agents installed our ring doorbell and ring cameras. They did an excellent job. They went right to work when they came; very polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable! They made sure we were able to use our equipment before they left. Very happy with the excellent service!!

In the past I had some issues with Best Buy not being professional when it came to Customer Service. I have to say now that they have come a long way. This was the first time they were extremely professional. The technician who installed my cameras was on time. He showed me how to utilize my cameras and made sure I understood everything. The cameras are great too. I did research on Arlo vs Ring and most people prefer Arlo over Ring.

I needed 2 outdoor cameras installed. The agents were on time, and they requested my input as far as what areas I wanted my cameras to cover before offering their suggestions. Installation was quick, and they took the time to review some of the features on the application before they left. Pleased with the service and will use again if I purchase any additional cameras.

Great service as always. The tech showed up on time, was friendly, helpful in answering questions I had, and took time to make sure the job was done correctly. The install happened months ago and I havent had any issues. The install was for a Google Nest Cam w/ Floodlight.

The first time they tried to install this, the geek squad technician gave me a lot of reason why i can not work. So I requested for a second geek squad to install. There was nothing wrong with the cameras and they were installed easily. I suspect that either the first technician was lazy or did not know who to install it. I have been running into these situation with geek squad technician. The older workers does the job right. The newer one are just plain lazy.

The service for install of the BLINK system was superb. Brian R. spent the time and ensured each placement worked exactly as I needed . The inclusion of a detailed review of the functions was so much more COMPLETE than when the ARLO system was installed, and I have yet to call for technical assistance for “battery issues”.
