They were very knowledgeable and polite while working. They then explained to us how to use the remote control to get the quality picture. Matt and his partner downloaded the cameras onto our cellphones and listed each one for us.

Arlo Installation

I feel the delay was due to COVID and not enough help within the store itself. Arlo is awesome.
