The Best Service for TV installs.

I have used the Geek Squad before when in installing new TV's and the service has been excellent. I only wish cable companies were as efficient as the Geek Squad. The Squad installed my TV's an made sure they worked with the cable and showed me how to use the remotes and the TV. They made sure I understood how everything worked before they left.

Technically educated, but sloppy

He moved it to my liking and agreed to reasoning for the placement. But in doing so he left two holes in our siding from the original placement. In your advertisements and videos Best Buy employees are dressed neatly and in uniform, The Geek Squad who showed up for our service was not in uniform which I can understand for they had winter coats on and were working outside, but Best Buy should at least provide a belt for its employees to hold his pants up so his underwear are not showing. Bad look doesn’t bide well for the Best Buy brand
