installed eufy security system professionally and efficiently

Geek squad was punctual and courteous but at the end of the day, they couldn't really solve or tell me exactly what my problem was with my cameras. After they left, I started thinking about removing the system completely so I started cleaning up the area and moved the system router out from under the monitor and within seconds 6 of my 7 cameras began working.

The guy that installed my camera and solar panel did an excellent job. Very neat from what i can see.

At first I wondered how am I going to change the batteries were they were installed I think I will just have to get out the ladder.

the person who installed it was very knowledgeable. Show me how to use it and how it worked on my phone.

They are excellent the video footage is great and the pictures are very clearl

They worked very hard attempting to make my camcera connection to be a efficient as possible. Unfortunately this will be the last free installation by the geek squad since that benefit is going away.

The guys were very polite, and they made sure they installed the cameras just like I wanted them.

Agents set up my Blink or Ring cameras. Only problems with control of them. Sister was there at the same time and they set them up as hers? They work on and off and every time I share, I lose control of them. I simply don't understand how this works. Was not fully explained to me, the Owner. Also fining very difficult to add another camera. They had it going, but when moved, won't work. Frustrating. I believe another camera that was there took control of mine. Difficult to get hold of anyone to help. All in all, the pictures, when they work are great, but next time will purchase a different product.

The person who installed the cameras identified themselves professionally and had ID. The installation was done to my satisfaction. Questions I had were answered timely. The operation of the cameras was explained to me in a manner that was explanation and demonstration. I have had no problem with the work performed.

Dejuan at Geek Squad was AWESOME!! Polite, professional, patient with my questions, very informative and did a great installation of 3 cameras with solar panels and a ring doorbell. Dejuan made it a great experience!

Easy walk through and understanding. The tech truly cared about my understanding and went above and beyond to ensure I felt at ease with the whole process. Safety was the top priority for each of us and it was very reassuring. Thank you !
