The Geek Squad installed our wireless security cameras in a short amount of time and everything is working perfectly.

Two men came as scheduled, on time. They brought the equipment. Took their time to explain everything to me and then proceeded to place the items where we wanted them. They were very patient. They then connected the units and also connected them to our I Pad and cell phone. Thet made sure everything worked before they left.

Had two ting caneras installed and i went to put the extra battery in one of them and they mist have used a drill on the screw. It is so tight that i cannot open the camera at all and the screw is now stripped. Also the mount is not attached tightly and appears stripped out as well. Tried to call foe service and sat on hold for an eternity.

The team mounted the Ring door bell; however it was not working properly but the agents put the blame on the Wi-Fi signal. When I pointed it out only they agreed it was a defect equipment.

We are older and it was great that they installed this for us. They were very professional and did a great job.

He Could not be any better. Had the knowledge to install and operate the alarm system. Made sure before he left that I understood the operation of the system.

I never realized this install would require me to hire an electrician to finish BOTH the installation of camera AND get my doorbell working. Installers told me that they werent electricians do nothing was hardwired. Cords were haphazardly left in the open for the cameras, not hidden, or secured properly and doorbell still didnt work when they left. Total waste of money!

The installers installed my Arlo system and did an excellent job.

The men who came out to install my security system was professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Unfortunately, I didn't know that the camera battery which came with the camera had to be charged before using it, so it died shortly after installation. I would have thought that the gentlemen installers would have known that.

That came and put them up because I’m not handy and it works great!
