The service rep. Was very rude and impatient with me , he was not kind and showed no customer service etiquette! I was not happy about him , I Paid $129 for an unsatisfactory service, , the camera keeps going off line , we were told to get a WiFi extender and we did , but we’re not sure how to install it . We need help , we are senior adults and some technical issues we are not familiar with , PLEASE HELP us! I feel like I paid my money for the guy to just install the camera with no explanation on how to operate it out of courtesy. Thank you very much for your consideration,Mrs. D. Jones

Geek squad was very professional, quick installation, very knowledgeable and personable. Very happy with the service I received.

I had security cameras installed. When I bought them, I told both the lady on the Geek Squad and the Sales Person in the Security Camera section exactly what I was doing, why, and what I wanted. Not only did they not schedule enough time for the Geek Squad to complete the services, but they sold me the wrong equipment. After 3 trips, one with a supervisor, and ending up taking down what I originally bought and getting a new system, I am fully pleased. Geek Squad you rock!

Mounted tv quick and simple. Oh for the home security the said they didn’t service my area so I did myself . I was able to get a gentleman to do it for me so I guess that’s good. Services guys are good follow up from Corp poor put me on hold for ever and they couldn’t figure out why installation was canceled just said of systems are wacky and asked me to drive to a store to get credit? Awesome?

agent did well but admitted it ws his first time to install these devices. It would have helped if he took a fe minutes to explain how to use the cameras. The lights work well. But cameras seem complicated.

The agent that came out called me when he was on his way. I believe his name was Garrett coming from the Reynoldsburg store. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the cameras and even connected them in the app for me. Would recommend getting this service for anyone getting cameras.
