Geek squad tech was very nice, patient, & kind.

No show, no call, no install

Twice they did not show up and the third install was changed( not by me) to a delivery that never came. I was never contacted to let me know that they weren’t coming or why! Each time it took me about an hour to reach an agent who could not get through to the installer to address the issue. I canceled the install.
