Installation and set up of Lorex camera system went as planned with excellent results.

Mathew from Best Buy showed up on time and got the job done. He is very knowlegable on setting up the Ring Camera's with spotlight. In fact we had him a couple of years ago and he did some other camera's that with stood 2 hurrincane. Would recomment Mathew from Best Buy

They were great but the only thing here was when I placed my order at bestbuy I said that I will install cameras and door bill when he showed up he told me to install the bill it’s going to be extra charge.

The representative knew exactly how to place the camerass and did it in about 2 hours. Great Job!

Horrible experience. We bought from Bestbuy because we were Total Tech members which meant that we had the benefit of free installation. We bought about $1,000 in ring equipmet. The Bestbuy sales person was great. He scheduled the installation for the following weekend. Well, on the day of installation, the third party installers never showed after giving me excuse after excuse. I called Total Tech who said that they were looking into it and they would escalate the matter and that someone would call me back from Total Tech. Im still waiting for that call from three weeks ago. I was also told that i would receive a call from the store that i bought everything from. I never got that call either. I ended up installing everything myself. Cameras, doorbell, alarm system, retro kits and thermostat. Then I received a call three weeks later from Total Tech wanting to confirm my scheduled installation of my ring doorbell for tomorrow. You cant make this up. It was a complete disaster and apparently zero communication. I would give this review zero stars if it was an option.

He Could not be any better. Had the knowledge to install and operate the alarm system. Made sure before he left that I understood the operation of the system.

A couple disappointments…this is a wireless camera. I’m not present to recharge it so I must plug it in and the location of the plug-in makes it awkward. It is so tight, it limits how I can position the view. Also, after 30 days, it requires subscribing to see the library at $4.99 monthly. None of this was revealed at the time of purchase. The legacy Arlo camera I had previously was much better.

Set up HP laptop, added Microsoft and set up Excel. Jason was very informative and added little extras that I asked for. I was able to reach him by phone and he was always very informative, polite friendly and gave me a lot of insight in my new laptop.

The agents hooked up my home secuirty system. Had problems connecting it to my Internet but went the distance and stayed until the job was completed.

Geek Squad is my go to resource for maintaining my laptops. I bought a Toshiba Satellite in 2010. Geek squad kept it going till February 2024. Gotta love the Totaltech program.

The geek squad guys that came over to install my cameras did a great job

I have several outdoor Arlo cameras. I had them install the solar panels for them. They did a fairly good job but they didn’t install the supports that keep the panels in place during wind storms. Have had to readjust after the winds come blowing down the plains.
