Technician was on time. Knowledgeable and very professional and super nice. He above and beyond to get all.my camera's installed correctly suggested a mount for one of my camera's pulled it up for me on internet, i ordered it, he came back once product arrived in a few days. Very happy with product and service.

Mitchell, the agent, worked around my schedule to accommodate my needs. He came and installed the equipment, ran the setup on my phone and explained everything to me. He did a phenomenal job and I would have him back for any worked I need done.

The guy that installed my cameras was very kind and polite, he got the cameras up in no time and gave us a quick run through on how to set them up on our phones. He had to come back about 2 months later to install the solar panels and he was very apologetic for the time frame, and got them all put up in not time at all.

The service rep. Was very rude and impatient with me , he was not kind and showed no customer service etiquette! I was not happy about him , I Paid $129 for an unsatisfactory service, , the camera keeps going off line , we were told to get a WiFi extender and we did , but we’re not sure how to install it . We need help , we are senior adults and some technical issues we are not familiar with , PLEASE HELP us! I feel like I paid my money for the guy to just install the camera with no explanation on how to operate it out of courtesy. Thank you very much for your consideration,Mrs. D. Jones
