Friendly but not professional did the bare minimum to install did not install cameras where they were instructed

Agent installed, suggested and set up arlo cameras , helped with the iPhone app and answered all questions.

There was some experimentation needed to making the devices work properly, but once the kinks were worked out, it is now all working efficiently

The agent put the solar panels up and hooked my cameras up. But sometimes not all are charged or charging

Rich and his partner where really great they mounted my tv and placed all the wires in a sleeve looks awesome. I highly recommend the geek squad.

They did a good job but had to delay the outside install until a day without rain and lightning. They should have rescheduled the whole time instead of having to make an additional appointment.

My "Blink" cameras were installed by "Geek Squad" He was professional, but did not do a good job of explaining how they work.

Installation seemed to go fine, & the set-up was supposedly completed, but unfortunately we immediately began experiencing issues with the system malfunctioning, not detecting motion when it should, not recording, going offline, etc. We called the agent that did installation right away - on two different days - we still have never received a return call (we called twice at the very beginning of July). Our system still isn’t working properly and the lack of follow thru on Geek Squad’s end has been disappointing.

The agent mounted 3 cameras and a solar panel. Needed a taller ladder, which arrived in a timely fashion. And one camera needed to be moved. Also, had to remove solar panel as it would not support the charge overnight. All done for a simple low charge. All cameras hooked up to the Ring app.

The Geek Squad agent was great! Very personable, but professional. The Geek squad customer service help line reps are very difficult to communicate with, not my favorite group.

Everything went smooth. Cameras are now working great!

Battery life greatly reduced by service going off and on. I was told the batteries would last about a month - they only last about 1 week. Something within the software keeps deactivating the cameras.

They arrived, introduced themselves, reviewed the premises and talked us through everything while they were installing cameras, and the Ring doorbell. They helped us download everything and explained how the internet wiring in the house was changed and simplified. If ratings were 1-10 I would give Eric and Aaron a 30!!!

Installed in timely manner. Nothing but a bare bones, in directions provided despite requests. Has unique functions, that requires further detective work on my own.

You asked be to be available from 7 am to 7 pm. That is a day's off from work for me. You did not have the product and You did not call. I called once in the morning to see if you could narrow the wait time; got someone offshore. No help. I called back around 4pm; got someone who told me that you did not have the product to installed. He said that they had called in the morning to tell me they had no product. He must have called the wrong number because the call was not on my phone. Another date was set. I was given a 4-hour wait-time window. You overcharged me for the installation by $125.00. I pay to about $200.00/year for the Geek Squad installation and product warranty. I received no instructions on opening the garage door. I ordered your product so I could have packages delivered to my house. I can't do it using your product. I also went to your store and complained about this matter. I will discontinue the $200.00 dollars I am spending with you to install and waranty products I buy from you. I will not buy any in the future from you.
