Great job installing an outside wireless Ring security camera

Very professional and knowledgeable with installation.

Rich and his partner where really great they mounted my tv and placed all the wires in a sleeve looks awesome. I highly recommend the geek squad.

There was some experimentation needed to making the devices work properly, but once the kinks were worked out, it is now all working efficiently

Carlos and his co-worker did an excellent job of solving my problem. They listened to what I needed and promptly fixed the issue. Congenial, friendly, professional, and quick. Also, on time! Good job guys!

I never realized this install would require me to hire an electrician to finish BOTH the installation of camera AND get my doorbell working. Installers told me that they werent electricians do nothing was hardwired. Cords were haphazardly left in the open for the cameras, not hidden, or secured properly and doorbell still didnt work when they left. Total waste of money!

Finally have a much needed security system for my home. Brian worked around my busy schedule, and left me satisfied and happy. I’d recommend geek squad to those wanting a dependable camera system installed by those who know and care about what they’re doing..

the battery went dead in 2 days not too sure if this is what we wanted the geek squad only put one screw in it so it was almost falling off

The Geek Squad person Cody did an excellent job of explaining why a Furbo could not work where we live. Wish we had known that before we purchased it. He explained why no other devices for security would work because of where we live.

No follow through from sales consultant. We call, text and voicemail for some concerns but never return call after the purchase.

Had two ting caneras installed and i went to put the extra battery in one of them and they mist have used a drill on the screw. It is so tight that i cannot open the camera at all and the screw is now stripped. Also the mount is not attached tightly and appears stripped out as well. Tried to call foe service and sat on hold for an eternity.

The tech was amazing and very knowledgeable of the equipment. He left me feeling like an expert.

The agent installed the camera and took his time to make sure our phone apps were up and running. He was very knowledgeable and explained every thing he did. Great job

Easy installation n works as good as your internet

They wouldn’t let me do a review with no stars. The install was scheduled 3 times. Twice they did not show up and the third install was changed( not by me) to a delivery that never came. I was never contacted to let me know that they weren’t coming or why! Each time it took me about an hour to reach an agent who could not get through to the installer to address the issue. I canceled the install.

The person fixed our cameras immediately. They had become disconnected from our phones. He also corrected a couple other things on our cameras that weren’t operating correctly. He definitely knew what he was doing and did it quickly. Plus he showed us how to use correctly!

Had to go thru multiple installers before one came to complete the work. He followed my suggestions. The other installers "knew" better" but were unable to complete the job. Works great now...sometimes the customer does understand the predictions. This small project took 3 visits to speak to a competent manager which delayed the completion of this small project by over a month.
